Delivery Information

All orders, within the borders of South Africa, over R1 200 will be delivered free of charge.

There are 3 delivery options:

Door to door:

Please supply a delivery address and a phone number.
Deliveries take place during working hours on weekdays only.
Outlying areas: Delivery may take a little longer to outlying areas as these areas are often serviced on specific days.

The Courier Guy Locker deliveries:

Please ensure that you select the locker most convenient for yourself on https://thecourierguy.co.za/locker-courier-services/.
You wil be notified by message and email, that the parcel has been deposited in the locker and pin code provided for access.
There is a time frame of 36 hours for the parcel to be collected, thereafter it is returned. Please ensure you collect your parcel before it is returned.

Terms and Conditions for Delivery:

Ballet Basics does not accept responsibility for the incorrect delivery address.
Please provide an address where delivery can take place during working hours on weekdays.
Delivery will take between 2 and 5 working days (depending on location) from the order being processed and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Delivery is only within the borders of South Africa.
Factors out of our control may delay the delivery process such as adverse weather, strikes or protests. In such cases we ask for your patience.
All our orders are sent by courier, and the customer will be issued with a waybill or tracking number once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
